POLICY
Please arrive on time to your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, I kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment.
I am only taking four clients a day and leaving 45 min between treatments as I did before so that I can ensure everything is cleaned thoroughly as well as take time with my clients. .
If you miss two appointments in a row and have not notified me of the cancellation in less than 24 hours, you will be taken off the books and can no longer make appointments. This has been an issue and results in a loss of income for me and its not fair to clients who would like to have their appointments sooner.
Its unfortunate that I have to write this but I want to make it clear so there are no incidents. There will be no inappropriate behavior in this sacred space. If I feel uncomfortable at all during a treatment, I will terminate it immediately and no more appointments will be booked. If necessary, a call to law enforcement will be made.
