About The Therapist
As an empath, I have always been drawn to holistic healing & wanted to pursue a career in natural wellness. I earned my Associates Degree in Human Services & a Certificate in Chemical Dependency Counseling but I realized I wanted to help people on a more holistic level so I went back to school & became a Licensed Massage Therapist. I am also a Reiki Master & I`m always enjoying learning new things such as herbalism, palmistry & more. I am looking forward to furthering my knowledge in Barefoot massage so that I can offer this beautiful modality at the studio in 2022 as well as pursuing an education in yoga teaching, body healing coaching, breathwork & meditation.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, collecting antiques, reading, hiking & being at home in my pajamas with my four cats & dog rewatching episodes of The Golden Girls :)
These days there is so much to do & such little time to get things done. I want to give people a peaceful space where they can put their anxieties & stressors on hold so that they can focus on themselves. Self care & self love is extremely important. SIGNATURE RELAXATION
A relaxing massage that helps you unwind, de-stress & rejuvenate. This is my most popular service & it can include hot towels, aromatherapy, mini cupping, mini hot stone, stretches, rose water spritz & sound healing

MOON GODDESS
A massage for women to help alleviate pain during their monthly menstrual cycle. Organic lavender & flaxseed hot packs are used on the neck & back followed by a castor oil pack on the abdomen with a soothing abdominal massage. Rose geranium oil is used on the body to help calm hormones & soothe pain. Rose hip lemon balm tea is given to you at the end of the session.

Castor oil packs are also beneficial to women with pcos. If you have pcos & would like a castor oil pack, just mention when booking and I will add it for no additional cost & also show you how to self massage your abdomen so you can do it at home.
SERENE BALANCE
An ASMR inspired treatment. You are seated in a comfortable chair holding soapstone & shungite harmonizers while your feet steep in warm water with grounding oils such as balsam fir & cedarwood. Your scalp is brushed followed by compressions, guided breathwork, light massage techniques on shoulders, neck, scalp & ends with a sage cleanse. Clients are fully dressed for this treatment.45 min $85
THE ETHEREAL AMETHYST
A massage with focus on the crown chakra. First an amethyst infused body scrub is applied to the body followed by a full body massage. An amethyst comb is used on the scalp with a full scalp massage & a cold amethyst beaded mask is rested on the eyes. It ends with energy healing to bring tranquility to your mind. Ideal for clients with depression and anxiety.

CROWN AND GROUND
If you are in need of some pampering but are on a budget, I’m offering mini sessions. This treatment will include scalp, neck and shoulder massage with energy therapy, sound healing, foot massage/scrub and stretches.

LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE
A massage technique that helps remove waste and toxins from the bodily tissues while helping to reduce swelling and increase the healing process. If you are post op, please book your appointment two weeks after surgery.
Wood sculpting can be incorporated three months post op to help further tone, increase circulation, stimulate lymphatic drainage and also may reduce the appearance of cellulite.

GENTLE HEALING
An ASMR inspired treatment that combines bits of energy therapy, breathwork and craniosacral with tracing, gentle rocking and compression techniques. Clients are fully dressed for this session and lay face up under a cozy blanket.

MONTHLY MOON MEMBERSHIP
The monthly moon membership includes 3 60-minute sessions for $220 or 3 90-minute sessions for $300. Each massage session is tailored to each client's needs. Sessions can include deep tissue, trigger point therapy, stretches, jade comb, mini cupping, mini hot stone hot towels, rose water cleanse, energy therapy, rose quartz, sound healing, aromatherapy and more.

ADD ON SERVICE HERBAL PACKS
A lavender crystal flaxseed pack on the hara(tummy). Cranial cap, cervical and lower back packs filled with lavender, valerian root, chamomile, rosemary, peppermint, spearmint, eucalyptus, lemongrass, yellow dock, cinnamon, yarrow and flaxseed. Can be heated or chilled depending on your needs. Please let me know beforehand so I can have them ready for you.

A reflexology and magnesium balm rub. Reflexology is an ancient therapeutic technique that frees blocked energy by applying pressure to points on the feet to help restore energy flow throughout the body.

It's been shown to enhance mood, aid in muscle recovery, support nerve function, regulate blood pressure, enhance energy levels, improve sleep and more. A small dosage the size of a dime is used on each foot and is child safe but if you're ever unsure, you should consult your Dr. Feet may feel a little tingly after.
